Spun bond and Melt blown  are boiled down to Spun melt Technology.
SSMMS nonwoven is short for ( Spun bond + Spun bond + Melt blown + Melt blown + Spun bond nonwoven).
It is made up from 100% polypropylene resins after molten, extrude,  draw and webbed onto a conveyor, wind up at length.

SSMMS fabric belongs a kind of  laminated nonwoven, It’s composited by three layers Spun bond and two layers melt blown.
As the same token, it can be combined two layers spun bond with one layer melt blown called SMS fabric.
The protrudent distinction between SSMMS and SMS, that is SSMMS nonwoven(Five layered Protection) has better uniformity compared with SMS nonwoven(Three layered Protection),
but both they are produced by in one step process.
So far we used for Five Layered Protection of SSMMS Fabric inside the cloth.

Because Spunbond nonwoven fabric has advantages such as high tensive and stretch but melt blown hasn’t.
It is intelligent nonwoven innovation, which is combined with  PPSB fabric and melt blown fabric that makes SSMMS fabric can be attained precise filtration efficiency with good stretch and excellent tensive.
SSMMS fabric achieved a good balance of properties between PPSB fabric and melt blown fabric. Same has below advantages too.

100% ORGANIC COTTON KNIT FABRIC

Knit fabrics, especially cotton like we use in our Cloth Face Mask, are excellent for moisture wicking.
The loops of the fabric form small openings between the yarns, serving as tiny pockets that hold small amounts of air or moisture.
This is ideal for a face mask because it helps absorb more moisture and droplets from coughs, sneezes, and normal day-to-day activities.
Breathability is an extremely important factor in a face mask’s performance.
Those Knit fabrics are great for breathability because of their looped construction.
Rather than forming a flat, compact wall like a woven fabric, the interlocked loops of our knit cotton create a complex and 3-dimensional pattern of yarns and pockets.
This lets air flow through the mask while still helping provide coverage and absorb moisture.
