Kozhukattai or Modagam is one of the favorite Indian homemade sweet that is serving during festival days such as Ganesh Chathurthi.
This Kozhukattai Achi is made from Wood.
Grease the Kozhukattai Achi with a bit of Ghee or Oil then put the Batter and stuffing then lock the maker.
After opening and put it in the steamer allow it for 10 minutes.
A Delicious Kozhukattai is ready to serve.
