Description

Cast Iron is another popular and traditional style of cookware that has been used for hundred of years. Cast Iron is durable and provides great conductivity and heat retention. It is perfect for cooking dishes that need to go stove-up to oven, and is excellent for searing meat.

How to Clean & Maintain:

Clean the Skillet Immediately after use.
Avoid soaking the pan or leaving it in a sink or it may rust.
Wash the skillet with hand by using hot water and a sponge or stiff brush.
Avoid using the dishwasher, soap or steel wool, as these may strip the pan’s seasoning.
Thoroughly towel dry the skillet or dry it on the stove over low heat.
Apply a light coat of vegetable oil or melted shortening to the inside of the skillet.
Store the skillet in a dry place.
