Description

Appam is a famous South Indian Dish made with Fermented Rice Batter.
It is one of the delicious and healthy dish which can be served with Coconut Milk and Chicken Curry (Famous in Kerala).
The Kids like Appam very much and is eaten more frequently for Breakfast or Dinner.
They derive their shape from the Small Appam Pan in which they are cooked.
