Description

Kummuti Aduppu is a special type of stove in which the Charcoal is used to make the Flame to cook food.
The Stove is loaded with Charcoal and ignited with Burning Papers from the bottom.
‘OmmaKuzhal’ a Metal Rod or Iron Pipe which is used to blow air onto the Charcoal to help ignite it.
The Cooking Pan was set directly on the Stove.
Coconut Shells or Husks also used as a Fuel.
